The L.A. based DJ Duo, DJs TwinTables, consists of identical twin sisters, Tanya and Jeanette. DJs TwinTables are natives of Los Angeles whose inspiration for DJ'ing stems from their mother's passion for world and dance music. Influenced by a multitude of artists and genres of music, DJs TwinTables signature sound lies in the realms of Hip Hop, Soul, Disco, House, and Latin Rhythms.
As avid vinyl collectors, and a former record store buyer, the twins can often be found in pursuit of those classic gems, imports, and the much desired re-edits.
Tanya and Jeanette began dj'ing in 2003, at local lounges and clubs, in San Diego, CA, prior to relocating to their native Los Angeles. The twins then ventured into dj'ing for conventions (Virgin Airlines, National Black MBA Association), and established their current residence, "WAX ON". They collaborate with Al Jackson and DJ Rome (Juju and The Soul Children) to bring you their signature sound bi-weekly to Air Conditioned Lounge in Santa Monica, CA. DJs TwinTables continue to branch out into the L.A. night scene and beyond.
